Virtual psychotherapy for adults. Each appointment is 50-minutes long and is tailored to your unique circumstances and goals. Kelsey’s approach consists of evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, SFT, and DBT.

A type of therapy that combines aspects of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy with mindfulness and acceptance skills. The "dialectic" in DBT refers to the idea of finding a balance between acceptance and change, acknowledging that both are necessary for a fulfilling life. This type of therapy teaches four core skills: Distress tolerance, emotion regulation, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness.
